- All the items remain the property of Julie Kouamo until the payment is cleared in full.
- Once the order is placed the client is obligated to accept the items and pay for them in full.
- If the items are not in stock you can still order by contacting us: [email protected] and we will advise on timing upon placing the order.
- Orders will be shipped either by Royal Mail or courier within 1-3 working days of the payment clearing. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is available to sign for the parcel shipped from Julie Kouamo, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange collection from a depot, or to re-arrange delivery.

- Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives damaged or faulty and you have followed the time constrains above.
- Product photos online are a guide. Due to the nature of photography, colours on actual products may vary slightly from the images shown. A product will not be considered faulty if there is a slight colour variation between the actual product and the images available below
- All designs, design rights and copyrights are the sole property of Julie Kouamo, The designer
- Reproduction of designs in any media must be discussed with copyright owner Julie Kouamo
- In cases where the client would like a more personal and bespoke designs, Julie Kouamo works in collaboration and closely with the client on their brief, bringing to life the initial intent of the client desire.
- Julie Kouamo can work on briefs to match the client exact taste and needs

Julie Kouamo is open to discuss licensing our designs to be transferred onto any other surface which isn’t already offered by Julie Kouamo as their own brand product
- Some products are editions and others may be dis-continued once current stock is sold out. Therefore it is not guaranteed all products will be available for re-order
